PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL
As we are a small, owner-operated studio, there is no separate reception. The teacher checks in herself and therefore the door is closed at the beginning of the class to protect the valuables. Out of respect for all participants we start on time. If you notice that there is no way you can make it on time, please send us an email. If necessary, we can then react.
WHERE WE ARE
The entrance door of our studio in Munich is a glass door. If you end up in front of a green door, you will be standing in front of Liebigstraße 21, whose entrance is unfortunately on Wagmüllerstraße. Just walk in the direction of Englischer Garten, past the Wimmer Bakery, to the next house number 21.
Your first visit
1. BOOKING
Create a profile on our site in the booking system, choose your favorite lesson and the product you want to come to us with. You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer or with a card on site. You can also register for workshops via the system. If you want to register for advanced training or beginner courses, please send us an email. For all other questions we are also available by e-mail. If you are on a waiting list for a course/workshop/training, please always check your spam folder. We will send you an email when you have moved up. However, our mails sometimes end up in the spam folder. Please mark our email address as "not spam".
If you would like to participate via one of our cooperation partners (Urbans Sports Club, Gympass and My Fitness Card), please book directly via the respective app.
2. BRING ALONG
All you need for all classes are comfortable sports clothes and possibly a small towel and a water bottle. We have water and tea for you on site, mats, belts, blocks, blankets and equipment for the functional training classes.
3. WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?

4. OPENING HOURS
We are always there for you 15 minutes before the start of a lesson. Outside of hours, the best way to reach us is by email at info@kaleandcake.de. Please always check your spam folder as our emails tend to end up there.
5. SHOWERS
Munich has a bit of a space problem, so it's a bit more cozy here. We only have a shower with the toilet in one: If you want to shower, please bring a little time.

Hygiene measures
Ventilation concept: Our rooms are extensively ventilated before and after the lessons. During the lesson, the windows also remain open, if necessary, to guarantee sufficient fresh air.
Mask obligation: Please wear your mask while entering and in the anteroom of the studio. Once you are on your mat, you can remove your mask of course.
Hand hygiene: Please disinfect or wash your hands before and after class and be careful not to touch your face. Also, refrain from shaking hands or hugging other participants.
Sneeze and cough etiquette: Please sneeze and cough into a disposable handkerchief or the crook of your arm if necessary.
Safety and hygiene distance: Please keep a distance of 1.5 meters to all other participants and teachers.
Assists: If you agree, the teachers can assist you with a mask on your clothes.
Maximum current number of participants: 8 persons
Equipment: Please remember to bring your own mat, props (like blocks or belt) and blanket.

GENERAL SCHEME
1. validity of the point cards
All 10 cards are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase.
All 5 cards are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase.
Starter pack is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. validity of the monthly tickets
Monthly tickets have a minimum term of 3 months and a cancellation period of 1 month. Unused tickets expire at the end of the month.
3. registration and cancellation policy
As we only have a limited number of places and we place a lot of importance on offering enough space in our regular lessons, we ask you to register for the lesson of your choice. Registrations that have not been cancelled 6 hours before the lesson starts, and for classes up to 10am twelve hours, will be charged in full. This also applies to registrations through our cooperation partners.
For workshops, 48 hours are valid for cancellation in order to receive a refund. In the case of training courses, 14 days are required for cancellation in order to receive a refund.
4. reduced fares
We offer a reduced rate for students and trainees. If you want to claim one of these rates, please remember to bring along a corresponding proof.
5. online classes
For all online classes there is a cancellation period of 1 hour. Bookings of videos from the video store cannot be cancelled.
6. voucher
All products can also be purchased as vouchers via our homepage.
Course description
Yoga Flow I
Suitable for beginners and all who want to refresh their basics.
In our Yoga I courses we form the basis for your yoga practice.
Yoga Flow II
Suitable for all levels. First experiences in Yoga are required here.
Our Yoga Flow classes are for all those who have already gained some experience in Yoga. The class consists of pranayama (breathing exercises), flowing movements synchronized with the breath, playing with challenging asanas, relaxation and meditation.
Yoga Flow Categories (try your way through the different flows. The names are gimmicks and a matter of interpretation for the teacher. Open heart - open mind)
Morning Flow, Playful Flow, Liquid Flow, Happiness Flow, Free Flow, Mindful Flow, Power Flow, Heart Flow, Weekend Flow
Functional & Ballet Bar (FT &BB)
Suitable for all levels
This class is based on movement elements from ballet and exercises with your own body weight in free space, on the ballet bar and on the mat. Thus your muscles are trained specifically and your strength, endurance, balance, coordination and mobility are improved at the same time.
Workout &Meditation
Suitable for all levels.
This hour consists of two parts. The first part consists of an intensive functional training that takes place on the mat in a circle with body weight exercises. Perfect for getting the most out of yourself, training your muscles and cardiovascular system. The second part consists of a mindfulness practice with meditation and stretching. To relax the tension in your body and start the day in a balanced way.
yin yoga
Suitable for all levels.
In Yoga Slow we consciously take the tempo of everyday life out of the equation and thus open up the space to perceive the body and to observe what there is to experience during the exercise - like a small oasis of calm in which we can breathe deeply. In flow with the breath we move through meditation, breathing exercises and flowing movements. Combined with long held asanas through which we come into our peace and open and relax our body, this hour offers the perfect balance to your stressful everyday life.
Beginner Yoga
In our yoga beginner courses we form the basis for your yoga practice and you can start fresh. Every week there is a defined hourly theme where individual asanas and alignment principles are explained and practiced in detail. Also ideal for those already practicing.
