What is the Journey ?

 

Do you feel like starting yoga or finally understanding the details and background after a few YouTube experiences?

Don't you have a clue how to start and what yoga actually is: stretching, gymnastics or singing turban wearers?

Start your way into yoga with us, deepen your knowledge and discover your joy in practicing yoga.

8 weeks step by step start with yoga.

The Beginner Journey accompanies you on your way into yoga with on-demand videos, live streams. Starting yoga without being accompanied by a teacher on site is a special challenge. This course is designed to meet that challenge. It introduces you step by step to the correct practice of the asanas, complemented by breathing exercises, meditation and yoga philosophy. By the end of the course, you will have a solid foundation on which to build your yoga practice.

We would like to accompany the people in our Tribe, support them in their development and also give them the opportunity online to get into the yoga practice or to deepen their basics.

Registration

Download the Beginner Journey PDF at the bottom of this page and register directly through the website. Your product will be automatically activated with your first booking. So if you want your 8 weeks to start on the official start date, remember not to book any courses before then.

Access to the 12-part Online Yoga Beginner Course with Sinah and Sophia, available for 12 months.

Participation in the live streams Yoga Flow Alignment & Basics every Thursday, Calm Down Yoga and Yoga Flow I every Sunday, during the 8 weeks of the course.
